Delete Your TasVid Account

In the TasVid app:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Type "delete" to confirm, then tap Schedule Deletion

On the web (tasvid.com):

1. Log in at tasvid.com/signin
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down and click Delete Account, then confirm

No longer have access to your account? Email support@renshia.com from the email address associated with your account, and we'll process the deletion manually.

• Your account enters a 7-day grace period — during this time you can cancel by simply logging back in
• After 7 days, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• Your profile — name, email, phone number, profile picture
• Every event you created and all photos/videos inside them
• Your face reference photo and biometric data (if you had face search enabled, for yourself or a child) — removed immediately, not just after the grace period
• Your credit balance and transaction history

• Photos or videos you uploaded to someone else's event remain in that event — only the event's owner can delete those, since other members rely on that shared content
