You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. TasVid lets you delete individual items directly from within the app, without any waiting period — these take effect immediately.
This permanently deletes your own ("self") face reference photo and face vector from our systems immediately — face search using your own face will no longer work until you opt back in with a new reference photo. Nothing else about your account is affected.
If you added a named face profile for a child (see our Privacy Policy's "Parents & Guardians" section), that profile's reference photo and biometric data can be deleted independently of your own "self" profile and any other child's profile. Email support@renshia.com with the child's profile name and we'll delete it promptly.
Deletes the stored image immediately. Your profile picture is the public avatar shown to other event members — it's kept separate from your face reference photo, so removing it does not affect face search or face recognition consent (see above to delete that data instead).
Permanently removes that specific file immediately. You can only delete photos/videos you uploaded yourself, or any content in events you own.
For any other data-deletion request not covered above, email support@renshia.com from the email address associated with your account, describing what you'd like removed.
