Good to know

Deleting doesn't refund credits. Removing a photo mid-year doesn't return any of the credits already spent on it.

Who pays for what: Uploads and yearly renewal are charged to the event owner. Face Search and Downloads are charged to whoever performs the action, not the owner.

No surprise deletions. If a renewal isn't paid, the event gets a grace period first — it's only archived if it's still unpaid after that.
