Every school event, in one shared photo and video gallery

Annual day, sports day, school trips, farewell — dozens of parents and teachers are filming from different seats. TasVid collects it all in one place, so the school office is not forwarding files for weeks afterwards.

🏫
One Gallery Per Event
Create a separate gallery for annual day, sports day or each trip, and keep each one tidy with sections for classes or sessions.
✅
You Approve Who Joins
Make the event private so only the parents and staff you approve can join and see the photos.
🖼️
Original-Quality Photos
Photos are kept at original quality, not compressed like chat apps, so the school has sharp memories. Videos upload at the quality each person chooses.

3
Collect everything in one place
Photos and videos arrive from everyone in real time, in one gallery you can browse and manage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can see the photos?
You choose. A private event is visible only to people you approve, and a secret event is hidden from everyone else. A public event can be opened by anyone with the link.
Do guests need to install an app?
No — anyone can join and upload through a shared link or QR code without installing anything. The in-app camera, which captures straight into the shared gallery, does need the app.
Can we separate photos by class or session?
Yes — use sections inside one event to tag photos by class, house or session, or create a separate event for each occasion.
How do people find photos of themselves?
With face search: a person takes one selfie, with their own consent, and sees every photo and video they appear in.
Can we remove a photo that should not be there?
Yes — the event owner can remove any photo from the gallery, and members can report content they are concerned about.
What does it cost?
It is free to start — every new account gets free credits, with no card required. After that you pay only for the storage and features you use, with no forced subscription. See the pricing page for details.
