Every stall, session and walkthrough of your expo, in one gallery
A trade show is too big for one photographer. TasVid lets exhibitors, visitors and your own team add the moments they capture to one shared gallery, split by hall or day, so you finish the event with far more coverage than a single photographer could shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do people need to install an app to join?
No — they can join from the link or QR code without installing anything, and the in-app camera is there for anyone who does install the app.
Can I split the gallery into parts?
Yes — sections let you split one event into parts, such as each hall or each day, so the gallery stays easy to browse.
Can the gallery stay private?
Yes — you choose whether anyone with the link can join or whether you approve each person first, and a secret event stays hidden from everyone else. That keeps the show's photos between the people you invite.
Are my photos and videos compressed like in a chat app?
Photos are kept at their original quality, not compressed the way chat apps compress them. For videos you choose the quality when you upload: Original, High Quality (1080p) or Compressed, which uploads faster on a slow connection.
Does it replace our professional photographer?
No — it adds to them. The photographer's photos can sit in the same gallery next to the visitors' and exhibitors', so you get the official shots and the candid ones together.
What does it cost?
It is free to start — every new account gets free credits, with no card required. After that you pay only for the storage and features you use, with no forced subscription. See the pricing page for details.
