Do our wedding guests need to install an app?
No — anyone can join and upload through a shared link or QR code without installing anything. The in-app camera, which captures straight into the shared gallery without filling the phone gallery, does need the app.
Can we keep haldi, mehendi, sangeet and the wedding separate?
Yes — create one event per function, or keep everything in one event and use sections to tag photos by function, so each ceremony stays easy to browse.
How do relatives find the photos they are in?
With smart face search. A guest takes one selfie, with their consent, and instantly sees every photo and video they appear in, instead of scrolling through hundreds of uploads from everyone else.
Are my photos and videos compressed like in a WhatsApp group?
Photos are kept at their original quality, not compressed the way chat apps compress them. For videos you choose the quality when you upload: Original, High Quality (1080p) or Compressed, which uploads faster on a slow connection.
Can the gallery stay private to family and friends?
Yes — you control whether the event is open to anyone with the link or requires your approval before someone can join, and a secret event stays hidden from everyone else.
