Frequently Asked Questions
Who can search for my face?
Face search starts from the searcher's own selfie, taken with their consent, to find their own photos. The event owner decides who can join the event and whether a face search link is switched on.
Who can see my selfie?
It is used only to find your photos and is not shown to other guests.
Can I withdraw my consent?
Yes — you can withdraw consent in Settings, which removes your face-search photo and your saved results.
Does it work for videos too?
Yes — face search looks across both the photos and the videos in the event.
Does face search cost anything?
New accounts start with free credits. A search uses a small number of credits, and your results are remembered, so reopening them does not usually charge again.
